What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and process invoices from collaborators, including monthly, quarterly, and annual payments through Oracle and OneLand.

  • Provide comprehensive Land Administration support to the Southeast, Central, North Central, and Northeast Regions of US Gas Transmission and Midstream by retrieving and scanning files as requested.

  • Enter Land Administration records into the OneLand database accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with due diligence projects as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed flawlessly.

  • Process field requests for controlling documents by scanning and emailing to field personnel.

  • Manage the storage and retrieval process of files at offsite facilities.

  • Record accomplished instruments meticulously and build new files according to Right of Way procedures when tracts/parcels are subdivided.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a related University degree or possess equivalent experience combined with formal training and operational exposure.

  • Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are outstanding, enabling you to convey facts and information clearly.

  • You possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with WORD, EXCEL, and GIS.

  • Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships at all levels and work effectively with various Enbridge groups.

  • You have a team-oriented attitude but can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
