Analyst Logistics

Analyze digital e-commerce distribution network, warehouse, and performance metrics (inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, shipping performance, etc.). Apply AI tools and automation technologies to:Improve reporting speed and accuracy, automate repetitive data tasks and generate insights and optimize workflows. Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment reviews. Collaborate with multi-functional partners (Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Warehouse, Customer Service). Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Experience: Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI. Familiarity with WMS, OMS, ERP, or marketplace systems (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Experience using AI or automation tools (ChatGPT, Power Automate, predictive modeling tools, etc.) Strong problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Understanding forecasting or predictive analytics supported by automated systems. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, e-commerce data platforms and marketplace analytics a plus.
