This role in summary

 

Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for an Analyst, Warranty Compliance position to join our Consumer Services organization.

 

This is an onsite role at our Riverview Campus location in Benton Harbor, MI.

In this role, you will support the Consumer Services Organization with transactional analytics and fraud prevention activities through verification of claims, consumer contacts, operational processes, and technology.

 

Your responsibilities will include

 

  • Crossfunctional support for Entitlement Research, Compliance and Service Provider Maintenance 

  • Field Service Account Administration and Compliance which may include network reauthorization

  • Purchase order and goods receipt management

  • Conducts fraud detection through research, collaboration, and data analysis. Develops prevention strategies and translates technical data into insights for stakeholders

  • Willing to travel within United States and Canada as needed

  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Responsible for critical thinking and problem solving check lists or ticket information system issues 

Minimum requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of appliance service industry experience

Preferred skills and experiences

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business

  • Systems: 

    • ServiceBench and SAP technology 

    • Google Suite experience (Sheets, Forms, Drive, Docs)

    • Microsoft Suite experience (BW, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Entitlement, claims review, warranty liability

    • GS3

    • PlusOne

  • Understanding of ethics and compliance administration with demonstrated commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and respect

  • Independent thinker with a strong focus on processes & attention to detail

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong focus on risk mitigation and customer experience

  • Experience working closely with senior leaders, a high level of business acumen and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations
