• Gross salary. 2,880 - 4,320 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

What you will do:

• Lead and support the automation of risk processes using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and other


• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making


• Take an active role in implementing the Risk Data Strategy by analyzing how risk-related data is generated and consumed across the division


• Collaborate with Risk Controllers, IT, and Data Management teams to strengthen data governance, accuracy, and usability


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help build more robust, efficient, and scalable reporting workflows

What we expect:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or IT


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — you're comfortable working with both structured data and bigger-picture ideas


• Proficiency in building reports with Power BI and hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis,


• Experience (or strong motivation to develop expertise) in process automation using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)


• Fair understanding of financial markets, bank operations, and key risk concepts


• A proactive, structured mindset and the ability to work independently when needed









• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
