Analyst/Registrar - Immediate Start

Job Duties:

• Conduct data entry into various systems
• Activate security compliant PIV cards
• Generate reports
• Take up to date photographs of PIV cardholders
• Assist with tracking PIV card expiration and recertification due dates and order fingerprints
• Print PIV cards as identified for processing
• Review of reports, emails, or other data identifying PIV card specific information such as expiration dates
• Schedule PIV card, fingerprinting, photography, etc., appointments with applicable staff commensurate with the PIV activation need.
• Troubleshoot unexpected issues or problems such as PIV cards being misrouted to incorrect locations
• Collaborate with the local NPS Building Management staff for utilizing PIV cards for granting physical building access
• Use clear and professional communication and provide a high quality of customer service when interacting with Government personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must possess computer skills preferably in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting administrative tasks.
