Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist (BLUESKY)

• Evaluate a sampling of finished intelligence products for compliance with IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
• Develop metrics, document findings, and provide recommendations to Government stakeholders for analytic improvement.
• Create and implement self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variation in evaluations.
• Identify key strengths, weaknesses, trends, and notable features in analytic tradecraft practices.
• Assist the Government in refining evaluation methodologies and enhancing the integrity of analytic quality reviews.
• Contribute to strengthening analytic rigor across the intelligence community.

• Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
• Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
• Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong understanding of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to evaluate, document, and improve intelligence product quality.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience preparing reports, metrics, and assessments for senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with Government, military, and interagency partners.

• Prior experience conducting analytic tradecraft compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with ICD 203 series requirements and related directives.
• Experience developing training or guidance for analytic tradecraft best practices.
• Previous support to USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands.
