Eurofins PSS is seeking a highly experienced and motivated scientist to support analytical method development, validation, and GMP sample testing. This role also includes team leadership responsibilities, overseeing a group of Eurofins PSS employees at a client site.

Technical Duties:

• Perform complex GMP assays (PCR, ELISA, NGS, cell-based assays)
• Lead method transfer, qualification, and validation for bioassays
• Author/review SOPs and technical reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on method development and investigations
• Analyze and trend assay data for consistency and compliance

Leadership Duties:

• Supervise and support a team of on-site Eurofins PSS employees
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback
• Ensure lab operations meet quality and efficiency standards
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–8 years or Master’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in GMP method validation and sample testing
• Experience with method transfer into GMP labs
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory expectations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Potency assay and LIMS experience a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time and permanent, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living near or in Cambridge, MA, are encouraged to apply.
