Analytics Consultant

Location : Florham Park, NJ/ Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Analytics and Insights Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, dashboarding, and generating actionable insights from complex data sets. You will be responsible for analyzing data, creating interactive dashboards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and monitor progress towards goals.
Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to answer specific business questions or address emerging issues.
Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources and platforms.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, dashboarding, and insights generation, preferably in a business or organizational setting.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
