Anchor/Producer/Multimedia Journalist

KPVI-DTV in Pocatello, Idaho has an opening for an Anchor/Producer/MMJ at our NBC station. 

The ideal candidate must be organized, participate in the planning and production of daily content for on-air and online, must possess a winning, team building attitude, must be comfortable with social media, be able to engage with the public.

We are located in the beautiful intermountain west. You will have access to some wonderful outdoor adventures with Yellowstone National Park, world class skiing, and water recreation all nearby. We are also in between Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho where many of our former employees have moved to. 

Requirements

· A Degree in Journalism or a related field is preferred.

· Organized, confident, with attention to detail.

· Reliable, polite, punctual, team player.

· A motivated self-starter.

· Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

· Engage and produce timely content.

· Familiarity with digital production software.

· Work with Producer/Director/News Staff on planning and execution of content.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Strong and engaging news writing.

· Deadline Driven
