Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Relevant counseling certification or licensure.

- Strong communication and active listening skills.

- Empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Experience in a counseling or support role is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of mental health issues and community resources.
