About the Opportunity

We are seeking a board -certified or board -eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well -established and collegial team in the Finger Lakes Region.

This is a bread and butter anesthesiology practice with a strong focus on balance, predictability, and team collaboration. You will work across a mix of orthopedic, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases, with no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases.

This is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking for a stable environment with strong compensation and a manageable call schedule.

Comfortable 1:7 weekend call rotation

Requirements

Board -certified or board -eligible Anesthesiologist
Completion of a recognized residency program
Comfortable with general anesthesiology cases including orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric patients
Interest in working within a collaborative, team -oriented environment
Strong focus on patient care and long -term practice stability

Total initial compensation package ranging from $630,000 to $640,000
Base salary between $500,000 and $515,000
$100,000 starting and retention bonuses
$15,000 annual incentive bonus
Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
