Anestheologist

ACI Federal is seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team, providing comprehensive anesthesia care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position offers a full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities and the opportunity to work across a wide range of surgical specialties in a modern operating room facility.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• On-call requirement: 4 days per month, including 1 weekend

Operating Room Details

• 12 operating rooms managing 20–30 cases daily.
• Surgical specialties include vascular, urology, orthopedics, ENT, gastrointestinal, head and neck, and more.
• No trauma surgical services.
• Procedures include:
  • Coronary artery grafting
  • Valve replacements
  • Cardiac tamponade management
  • Open-heart surgeries
  • Aneurysm and Bentall repairs

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage anesthetic care throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations and ensure patients are appropriately prepared for surgery.
• Apply advanced knowledge to manage complex cases, including cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.

Position Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
• Possess an active medical license in any U.S. state.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Valid DEA registration.
