Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our global network of on-demand fertility professionals. In this hybrid role, you will provide anesthesia services for fertility procedures, both remotely for consultations and on-site for procedures at partner fertility clinics. You will collaborate with top-tier fertility specialists to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety during IVF cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Consultation: Provide virtual consultations to assess patient health, discuss anesthetic options, and offer guidance for upcoming fertility procedures.
• On-Site Anesthesia: Administer anesthesia during IVF-related procedures such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other ART-related surgeries.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on anesthesia protocols, potential risks, and post-procedure care to ensure they are informed and prepared.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and secure documentation of all anesthesia-related procedures and patient information.
• Adherence to Standards: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, medical regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent with specialization in anesthesia.
• Active medical licensure in your region of practice.
• Experience in administering anesthesia for fertility or reproductive healthcare procedures preferred.
• Ability to offer remote consultations and on-site support for fertility treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to travel to partner clinics for on-site assignments as needed.
