November 23, 2026 – November 27, 2026 (Monday-Friday, excluding Thanksgiving)

December 21, 2026 – December 25, 2026 (Monday-Friday, excluding Christmas)

December 28, 2026 – January 1, 2027 (Monday-Friday, excluding New Year's Day)

PATIENT INFORMATION

Average Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day

Case Mix: OB, General, Peds (tonsils & adenoids)

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Level III

EMR System: EPIC

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privieges Required: Yes

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General Anesthesia

OB (including TOLAC)

Healthy Peds (tonsils and adenoids)

Conscious Sedation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified (not accepting BE)

Licenses: Active IA license or Universal License (IMLC)

Certifications: ACLS (can obtain during credentialing)

Other Qalifications: Availability 2 wks per month in 2027; must be available for all 3 wks above; COVID Vaccine required; Clean Malpractice/No background issues

Duties & Responsiibilities

Evaluate and monitor patient care before and during surgery.

Supervise CRNAs (some supervision).
Provide General Anesthesia including OB and healthy peds.

Perform Conscious Sedation as needed.

Take call including night call every 3-4 days.
