• Physician in Practice: 1

• Support Staff: 3 NPs, LPN, Nursing Staff, Administrative, Anesthesia Techs

• Case Mix:

- Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular

- Head Spine, Neuro, OB, PED

- Regional, Thoracic

• Procedures:

- Trauma & Open Heart Anesthesia, Complex orthopedic cases

- Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural,

- Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar

- Epidural steroid for Cervical, Central Line & PA Catheter placement

- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks

• Beds in the Dept: 720

• No. of OR: 24

• Trauma Level: I

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active PA License

• BC

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Clean Record
