What We Are Looking For:
A driven and mission focused Angel Tree Events Manager to build strategy to develop, implement, and enhance our events for the children of incarcerated parents. This role includes developing key partnerships to expand the impact and visibility of Angel Tree Events.

Expectations of This Role:

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Research, visit and book venue; maintain registration lists; handle event setup, registration, and logistics including post-event follow-up
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor the operational components necessary to ensure successful delivery of PF’s Angel Tree Events while establishing workflows and processes to scale events across the country
• Partner with leadership to develop/implement strategy
• Develop key partnerships, sponsorships, and relationships nationally and regionally to expand the impact and visibility of Angel Tree Events
• Coordinate with PF’s internal Development and Marketing teams to create opportunities for donors and for storytelling

• 5-7 years of demonstrated event management experience 
• 5+ years of professional experience in a church/parachurch leadership role
• Sound knowledge of local and state rules and regulations pertinent to athletics, events, and operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• This is a remote/work from home position with a minimum 50% travel component and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $68,000.
