Primary Level Salary Range: $184,300.00 - $276,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Understanding of recruitment and onboarding of engineering personnel. Effective communication with executive leadership from functional/program organizations. Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related technical fields. Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher. Experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment. Demonstrated success in setting expectations and driving accountability through multi-level engineering organizations. Demonstrated success in implementing engineering metrics as well as continuous improvement in engineering processes, documentation, and quality. Proven ability to understand system-level requirements and decompose to derive hardware, digital, and software requirements. Understanding of RF product design and design verification testing. Relevant experience base with hands-on lab skills, integration, and subsystem test with mixed RF-digital systems.
