Open Arms Solutions is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to support seniors in a welcoming community setting in Lindenhurst, IL.

We are recruiting caregivers who live in Antioch and nearby communities and are interested in consistent 8–12 hour shifts providing meaningful care and support to seniors.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide compassionate companionship and daily support

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  
  


• 
  

  Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  
  


• 
  

  Follow individual care plans and safety guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and communicate changes in a client's needs or condition

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  At least 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

  
  


• 
  

  Able to work consistent 8–12 hour shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance may be required depending on the assignment
