About the Role

As an associate, you will:

• Work on complex antitrust litigation, investigations, and counseling matters.

• Collaborate with a young, diverse, and dynamic team to develop innovative legal strategies.

• Engage with clients across various industries to address antitrust and consumer protection challenges.

• Handle cases independently or as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and sound judgment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 0–4 years of experience (class of 2025–2021) in antitrust litigation, investigations, or counseling (preferred but not required).

• A background in economics (preferred) and strong academic credentials.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Federal clerkship or prior government experience (a plus).

• Active DC Bar membership (preferred but required within one year of joining).
