Antwerpen Maintenance

Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring!  We are looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for busy Automotive Dealership Group.  Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following: Painting, Ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and Identifying general issues needing preventive maintenance.  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Not a janitorial or grounds keeping position

  
  

Requirements

  Reliable communication device (phone, text, email) capable

  Must have general building maintenance tools

The position is Monday through Friday.  Antwerpen Mitsubishi is the main shop location, but will use company vehicle during work hours to travel to our different locations throughout the Baltimore/Columbia area.
