As an AP Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and recording invoices from both an Israeli and foreign vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Processing and preparation of Bi-monthly payment cycles
•   Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows
•  Handling other AP related topics

Job Requirements:

•  Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2)
•  Up to two years of experience (not mandatory)
•  Proficiency in Excel (PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
•  Availability for full-time position
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
•  Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with an open mind and eagerness to learn
•   Familiarity with Oracle EBS system- advantage
• Good level of English- advantage
