Location: Milwaukee, WI

Offering:

Role Insight: Under general guidance, you'll be pivotal in maintaining, modifying, and servicing aircraft and their components, in strict adherence to manufacturer's specs and FAA regulations.

Your Impact:

• Conducting routine maintenance and thorough inspections according to ACC's and manufacturers' guidelines.
• Utilizing your expertise to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, identifying and executing the necessary repairs or replacements.
• Performing modifications to aircraft systems, guided by technical drawings and publications.
• Assembling, installing, and testing various aircraft components with precision.
• Facilitating emergency repairs to minimize aircraft downtime, which may involve travel.
• Overseeing maintenance records to ensure timely maintenance checks and overhauls.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in all operations.

We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical college or training preferred.
• Certification: FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Experience: 3-5 years preferred, with extensive knowledge in interpreting schematics and problem-solving.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, with a good understanding of aircraft maintenance safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
