AP Specialist - Immediate need!
Immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist for multibillion dollar global organization in Denver, CO! This is a 4 month Contract opportunity that may convert to permanent, but not likely. Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm. Pay is $18/hr. FREE MEALS!

In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind our financial operations, making sure that vendors are paid on time and that our general ledger is coded correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Guaranteeing prompt payment to vendors, maintaining strong relationships
• Skillfully coding accounts payables in the general ledger, leaving no room for errors
• Processing purchase order invoices with precision, meticulously matching prices and quantities to the original purchase order
• Resolving any discrepancies by communicating effectively with vendors
• Preparing and reviewing checks and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conducting audits of AP processing at our field units, ensuring adherence to best practices
• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1+ years of AP experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred)
