AP Specialist - Immediate Start

An established digital solutions provider is on the search for an AP Specialist to join their Branchburg, NJ team on a 6-month contract opportunity. The candidate in this role will focus on compiling and maintaining records with regard to the processing and payment of invoices.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Enters invoices for payment in a timely manner and process checks for those invoices.
• Maintains daily phone contact with suppliers/employees regarding payment status of invoices.
• Researches and resolves open invoice issues.
• Opens and distributes mail each day for processing.
• Special projects, as required by management.

Ideal qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment.
• Prior Oracle experience a plus or similar accounting system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
