Real estate experience is required to beconsidered for this position.
We arelooking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team inBoston, MA. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estateand expertise in Yardi or Avid Exchange. This role involves handling bothproperty-level and corporate-level accounts payable, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with financial policies. The position offers a competitive salary between$60,000 and $65,000, an annual bonus, and the opportunity to work in asystems-driven environment with minimal manual processes.
Whatwe are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within real estateoperations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency with Avid Exchange and Yardi is required
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalismunder pressure
