The position is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal) at several properties in the Sandusky, OH area. Duties will include maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas, maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. They also assist in cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

 
Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $19.00/hr. to start
• Quarterly bonuses up to $750.00

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License 
• Able to work at multiple locations
• General knowledge of groundskeeping/landscaping
• Safely operate machine equipment
