Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively interviewing for a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at The Villages of General Grant Apartments in Affton, MO. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for keeping our community looking its best. You’ll clean and maintain:

Vacant apartments for new residents
Common areas, amenities, and public spaces
Interior hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities

You’ll also manage housekeeping supplies and ensure equipment is well cared for and stored properly.

💲 Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hr

💲Quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 per year
