Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER for an apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee. Groundskeepers are responsible for all aspects of maintaining the apartment community common areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
• Must pass credit check, background check and drug screening
