Addison Capital is looking for a driven Leasing Agent to join our team with a clear focus on driving sales and converting leads into successful tenancies. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for engaging potential clients and getting paid for results, this role offers you the opportunity to excel in a specialized, results-driven environment.
Location: Greater Atlanta, GA (Decatur)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Commission: $400 per successful move-in
Minimum Target: 10-20 successful move-ins per month
Expected Compensation: $48,000 - $96,000 per year
Your Role & Impact:
As our dedicated Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the growth of our properties by turning prospects into happy tenants. Your success directly enhances our community and contributes to the overall success of our team. We’ve got units ready to lease and need a qualified leasing and sales specialist who will fill that void, own the role, and maximize their income.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation and Management: Proactively generate new leads and manage the prospect pipeline by engaging potential tenants through phone, email, text, and walk-ins, coordinating with lead vendors, and providing actionable insights to increase leads and conversions.
Property Showcasing: Conduct compelling and personalized property tours that highlight the features and benefits of our living spaces, tailored to the needs of prospective tenants.
Lease Negotiations and Closing: Use your great personality and negotiation skills to sign tenants up, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process from start to finish.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current tenants, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to resident. Handle tenant inquiries, work order requests, and other duties related to maintaining the lease retention.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly targets by securing a minimum number of successful move-ins and setting the pace and pay of your role as we bring more units online based on your ability to gain new tenants.
Who You Are:
Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in leasing or real estate, and you are highly capable of closing deals and meeting targets.
Communication Excellence: Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively engage with prospective tenants, vendors, and service providers.
Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to the details of each deal and customer interaction, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service.
Driven by Results: You are motivated by achieving and surpassing leasing targets, taking a persistent approach to follow-ups and client engagement, and wanting to maximize your earning potential.
