**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Location: South Bend, IN

Website: www.indiansprings-apts.com

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm with some Saturdays 10am to 4pm required!

What we are offering / Compensation, Benefits & Perks!

- $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
- Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure / up to $100 per new move-in you secure

What You Will be Doing:

Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

Strong computer skills
6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
Skilled problem solving
Excellent communication skills
An unmatched dedication to customer service
The drive to learn and get better everyday
