The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for a talented Leasing Agent for an apartment community! We’re looking for an energetic sales enthusiast with a passion for Leasing. What you’ll be doing

Leasing Agents are responsible for a high level of communication between the property and prospective/current tenants. A successful Leasing Agent understands they’re the catalyst to a tenant’s positive perspective of their property. Their responsibilities include:

· Proactively communicating with a sense of urgency.

· Manage showings, move-in and move-out inspections, adding or removing lockboxes and signs at properties.

• Leasing units and providing thorough follow-up. Duties begin at marketing and are all the way through to engaging your tenants after lease signing.
• Schedule new move in’s and provide necessary and accurate information for drafting the lease. Following company policies to ensure the tenant is properly vetted.
• Assist in monitoring renewals, distributing notices, and follow-ups.
• Perform other special assignments as determined by leadership.

What you bring

• Minimum 6 months experience in Apartment Leasing, or relative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be familiar with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
• Bilingual candidates are in high demand!
• Apartment software experience is a bonus!

Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are all welcome!
