Apartment Leasing Consultant Positions Available (Weekly Pay) - with Great Benefits

Apartment Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
• Collect rent payments and deliver late notices
• Apartment Leasing Professionals may be responsible for posting marketing ads
• Submit service requests
• Assist potential residents in finding their new apartment home
• Tour show units demonstrating the features and benefits
• Filing of lease agreements, late notices, rent payments, etc.

Requirements of an Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Great customer service
• Positive attitude
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Property management, and fair housing certification is a plus, but not required
