Apartment Leasing Specialist

Apartner Staffing is hiring an Apartment Leasing Specialist to support apartment communities in need of energetic, people-focused professionals. If you’re great at connecting with others and closing the deal, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM (rotating)

• Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM

• Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours

• Showcase community features and convert leads into leases

• Assist with application processing and move-in prep

• Maintain a clean, organized leasing space

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Leasing or property management experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong sales or customer service background encouraged

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Professional, organized, and motivated team player
