Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our community remains in top condition. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Supervise and support the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Prepare market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repair.
• Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to a high standard.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests. (Must live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call availability.)

Requirements:

• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
