We are NOW HIRING an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pine Lake Manor Apartments in Keego Harbor, Michigan. This 121 unit market rate community is ready for you! Feel free to browse the property below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 2 weeks.

  • PAY: $26.00/HR 
  • Yearly reviews for raises up to 5%
  • Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000/Year!
  • On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:       
  • 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
  • HVAC or EPA Certification required 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • CPO Certification strongly preferred
  • Drywalling including painting and carpentry
