Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

PAY: $28.00 - $30.00/HR
Yearly reviews for raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000/Year!
On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

What we are hoping for:

3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CPO Certification preferred
Drywalling including painting and carpentry
