Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Hiring Immediately

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor District at Ashland in Ashland, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, administrative responsibilities and preventative maintenance.

What We Need from you:

• HVAC/EPA Certification Required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
