The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for an experienced Maintenance Tech for an apartment community! We’re looking for a passionate and highly-motivated skilled Maintenance Technician. What you’ll be doing

Skilled Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintenance in and around buildings including work order requests from existing tenants, as well as preparing units for occupancy and general preventative maintenance. These responsibilities include:

• Resolve Maintenance issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Provide preventive maintenance to all systems on property.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance grounds, include common areas as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service when interfacing with residents.

What you bring

• Minimum 1 years of Maintenance experience, or relative.
• Have reliable transportation and/or a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit a background check.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day/Night shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed – on call rotation

This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience are all a plus!
