🔧 Your Day-to-Day:

• Fix common apartment issues (leaks, appliances, HVAC, etc.)
• Prep and refresh units for new move-ins
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing problems
• Keep the property looking sharp and running safely
• Rotate on-call emergency duties with the team

👷 You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience
• Know your way around tools, repairs, and home systems
• Enjoy working with your hands and being active
• Have (or are open to getting) an HVAC or EPA certification – a plus!
• Are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
