We are looking for an awesome Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Palo Duro Place Apartments in Amarillo, TX! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Location:
Palo Duro Place Apartments
1025 South Virginia St
Amarillo, TX 79102

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, On-Call Rotation 1 week every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:
-Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Preventative maintenance as needed
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Participating in 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field
-1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred
-Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
-HVAC experience a plus but not required
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
