Multi-site Service Technician – HVAC Certified
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00+ (Pay based on experience and certifications)+ Phone and Auto allowance

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team. This position supports five of our multifamily communities in the Owings Mills area.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Paint apartments and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs
• Must be available for on-call emergency coverage
