Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate need!  

Requirements:

• HVAC EPA Universal Certification preferred, but not required

• Hands-on experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred

• Knowledge of basic plumbing

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently

• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash-outs for vacant apartments

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager by performing assigned maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance issues

• Install locks and make keys as needed

• Replace light bulbs in common areas

• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeters daily

• Assist with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community buildings
