Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Olde Towne Village Apartments in Clarksville, IN. $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
Quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 per year
On-call pay: $100/week + minimum 1.5 hours per call

What You’ll Be Doing

Knock out work orders efficiently and safely
Turn units and get them ready for new residents
Handle painting, drywall, and general carpentry
Take care of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Help maintain the property inside and out
Be part of the on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of general maintenance experience
Comfortable with drywall, painting, and basic repairs
Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
Some HVAC and water heater experience is a plus
Good communication and a solid customer service mindset
Someone dependable who shows up ready to work and solve problems

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
