Pay up to $20/hr + Quarterly Bonuses + $100 On-Call Bonus

Competitive Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses: Up to $750 per quarter
On-Call Bonus: $100 each time

up to $4,000 match or 3%, whichever is greater
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
• Interior/exterior painting & staining
• HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
• Grounds maintenance & preventative care
• Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification (preferred)
• EPA license (preferred)
• CPO certification (preferred – saltwater pool)
• Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing
• Great communication & customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days
