Supervises: 2–3 Maintenance Technicians
Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience and certifications

Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations for our residential properties. This role isn’t just about fixing things – it’s about making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll lead a small team, handle a mix of repairs and preventative work, and make sure apartment turnovers are done quickly and properly. We want someone who can solve problems, think ahead, and set the tone for high-quality work across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of 2–3 Maintenance Technicians, offering guidance and support


• Complete and supervise general repairs, emergency maintenance, and routine upkeep


• Make sure work involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry is done right


• Oversee apartment unit turnovers to keep move-in timelines on track


• Keep tools and supplies stocked and organized


• Use mobile maintenance software to track work orders, parts, and progress


• Work with outside contractors when needed


• Be the go-to person for bigger or more complex maintenance problems


• Rotate on-call duties and assist during after-hours emergencies

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing


• At least 1 year of experience leading a team or acting as a supervisor is a plus


• Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and light carpentry


• Good communication and organizational skills – you should be comfortable showing others the ropes


• Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and your own basic hand/power tools


• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
