Onboarding & Ramp Support
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new APJ sales hires.
- Ensure we remain globally consistent with our content, and regionalise where necessary.
- Use AI-powered tools to support new hire ramping, such as skill gap identification, coaching feedback, guides, or reinforcement materials
- Support managers and new hires throughout a reps ramp period by guiding them to the right tools, sessions, and materials.
Skills Development & Program Delivery
- Deliver global enablement programs to support core selling skills and product knowledge.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance training delivery, personalise learning paths, and streamline content creation.
- Assist in identifying training needs by gathering feedback from representatives and managers and proactively
- Update enablement materials, trackers, playbooks, and resources as needed.
Sales Leadership Partnership
- Establish a consistent cadence with Sales Managers to understand immediate team needs and enablement support
- Help operationalise leadership feedback into enablement actions - either by helping managers coach the gap or by designing training as needed.
- Provide updates on onboarding progress, program adoption, and enablement activities.
Regionalisation of Global Programs
- Understand any needed nuances across Australia, Asia and Japan. Localise global enablement content with regional-specific examples and customer context.
- Help roll out global initiatives by coordinating logistics, communication, and materials.
- Program management where needed to track metrics for success and completion.
Enablement Reporting & Administration
- Track training attendance, onboarding milestones, and program adoption.
- Help prepare reports for sales leadership on gaps, progress and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation, content repositories, and enablement systems.
Required
- 2–4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales support, training, sales or a related GTM role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Confident facilitator with experience designing and delivering training or onboarding sessions.
- Comfort using AI tools to streamline content creation, research, productivity, or reporting (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong insights, or similar).
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and project execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
