Practices medicine with physician supervision in an orthopedic urgent care setting including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within physician–advanced practice provider relationship, APPs exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. May include responsibility for education, research, and administrative services.
This is a full-time opportunity with primary focus at our Vadnais Heights Orthopedic Urgent Care Campus. Schedule will include three 12 hour shifts weekly, 8am - 8pm with occasional weekend coverage (subject to change). Other locations for this role include our campuses in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Lakeville, Plymouth, and Woodbury, MN.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $113,152 to $141,440 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. This includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off and 401(k)/profit sharing retirement plan.
