• Specialty Backup: Dedicated Rheumatology physician support
• Support Staff: Experienced nursing staff and on -site Infusion Therapy Center team

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: NP or PA certification in good standing
• DEA & Certifications: Active or eligible DEA; BLS required

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• State License Required: Active Idaho license or eligibility to obtain
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Prior Rheumatology experience required
• Additional Requirements: Ability to manage an independent outpatient clinic panel and collaborate in a team -based environment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnose and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Coordinate care with on -site Infusion Therapy Center
• Collaborate closely with Rheumatology physician and multidisciplinary care team
• Provide comprehensive follow -up care and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
