Job Description - Apparel Territory Sales Manager (Los Angeles Based)

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Every day we strive to capture the fresh, fun and exciting essence of uniforms for medical professionals across the globe. We are currently searching for a dynamic, driven sales superstar to showcase their expertise alongside a team that rallies around each other to meet goals and win big.

The primary focus will be to sell Fashion Seal Healthcare & CID Resources group products to distributors and industrial laundries. You will collaborate with distributors and work directly with hospitals, healthcare systems (IDNs) long-term care, outpatient facilities & career colleges for the purpose of promoting and selling the Fashion Seal Healthcare and CID Resources group brands (WonderWink & Carhartt). THIS POSITION IS BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and secure sales for new accounts, in person, on the phone and virtually through on-line presentations
Penetrate existing high-growth potential accounts
Create opportunities with healthcare targets and partner with distributors to win new business
Partner with and provide training to distributors and laundries
Navigate business environments to identify key decision makers
Establish and execute annual territory sales growth plans
Maintain up-to-date activity in a CRM system
Provide monthly sales forecasts
Create and participate in marketing proposals and efforts that drive demand for product and services to develop marketing materials and proposals
Make high impact presentations to customers/prospects
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Associate’s Degree required
5 years of outside sales experience, calling on all levels of an organization including C-level
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must have high sense of urgency
History of building sales book through persistent cold-calling
PREFERRED QUALFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree
Healthcare sales experience

COMPENSATION

$85,000 - $110,000 base plus commission
Compensation varies according to location and experience level
