Job Description - Appian Developer

All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled Appian Developer with hands-on experience in developing workflows and process automation using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will also have a solid foundation in software development, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement business process applications using Appian BPM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor team members on Appian best practices and development techniques.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with ASP.Net, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2022 (or 2016+).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
3–5 years of experience in Appian development.
5+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and support junior developers on the team.
